Security of your home
While your house keys are in my possession they will be stored securely, and only identified by your pet’s name – I keep a record of clients' full names and addresses separately to ensure security for your home.
Your pet's safety and security
I work on my own so you know that when I arrange to walk your dog it will always be me that provides the service. I am fully insured to take care of your pets, and before we agree to work together there are some forms to sign so that there is a written record of your requirements – e.g. whether they should be walked on or off lead, who is your registered vet in case of emergency, any favourite treats that I can give them, or allergies that I should be aware of.
I can also provide a CRB certificate so that you can be reassured that I am a trustworthy and reliable carer for your dog.
